We are the Places of SOWEBO.

Southwest Baltimore neighborhoods have a rich history in Baltimore.  The neighborhoods housed mostly B&O railroard workers and managers in the 1800's.  It is home to one of the oldest existing markets in Baltimore: the Hollins Market on Hollins Street.
